About Me

About Me

I grew up on the island of Nantucket sharpening my skills in and love of writing.

I have always written, and always known I was going to be a writer. I’ve become more comfortable lately with not defining my writing within any specific or concrete sphere.

I have studied Professional Writing as a Graduate student at NYU in the MSPW program, and have previously worked in the nonprofit industry, the cannabis industry, and the broadcast industry.

I hope to be able to support myself as a writer while pursuing my creative goals concurrently.

Ultimately I hope to work as a screenwriter in the future.

I’m currently providing music- and film-related coverage for the independent music journals ECHO Magazine and Atwood Magazine, alongside pursuing my personal writing interests.

I enjoy finding new places to explore outdoors, learning how to be a better writer, talking about music, practicing my bass, sharing TV/Film suggestions. Love all things Marvel, Vikings, and GoT.

Also love my cat, reading really disturbing books, Spoon (the best rock band of the last 30 years, not up for debate) and cooking/baking.
